you are an unborn son with the promise to be king...
you are the evidence of things hoped for that remains to be seen..
you are a thought between lovers caught by passers by
you are the writing on the wall, and a prayer in the sky...
you are a reason to love, and an excuse to cry...
you are the answers to my questions and the explanations to why.....
you are a kiss waiting to happen, a hug that needs to be....
you are a dream in the eyes of other....
but you are reality to me!!!

The Collection is a journey of experiences framed and painted with words. Our every day emotions are often uncaptured and left to milestones or holidays to make up for lost thoughts in between. These poems are a reflection of those moments. Every Day poems for Every Day people.
About the Author
Ramont Mittchell is a graduate of Prarie View A&M University, Owner and CEO of Supreme Clientele Hair Studio(s) and an aspiring literary contributor. He was nicknamed the "People's Poet" while at PVAMU because of his ability to capture the thoughts of his peers and turn them into transcendant poetry.
