About the Author

Born August 27th 1951 Houston, Tx Grew up poor on the eastside of downtown Houston, in a rough neighborhood. Canal St. Near the docks of the ship Channel. High School grad of Waltrip High, 1970, a great year of friends and students of which many went on to live successful lives. Long distance runner in High School, college, and later years in life. I loved to run, the farther, the better. I’ve done many thing, had many jobs and owed a few businesses. But my passion has always been in culinary. I;m a successful self-made chef. Started as prep-cook, to Line-cook, Banquet cook, Private chef, and Event chef. In the culinary industry I was tagged with the nickname of Sal. I never imagined being an Author. I tried to retire, but I found myself bored and too much time on my hands. I’m a dreamer, with many vivid fantasy, colorful dreams. I love researching history and the Bible. This medieval dream, just kept adding on and on, in my sleep. I would jump out of bed, run to my computer and type my dream. Soon I realized, that I had a basis for a story. I prayed about it and I allowed the Spirit of the Lord to guide me, He is my inspiration. I hope you enjoy this story, as much as I enjoyed writing it. Remember, never put limits on God.
