About the Author
Dr. Wayne Scott is an acclaimed consultant, author, and internationally-known platform speaker. He received his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and is also a graduate of Harvard University’s Institute for Educational Management, The University of North Carolina’s School of Business Executive Development Program, and The American Management Association’s President Institute and Management Course. During the past twenty years, Dr. Scott has served as a Senior Lecturer and Chairperson for The American Management Associations. He has served as a college president at DeKalb College and Gaston College. He has authored numerous articles, publications, and books on human motivation, self-directed behavioral change, and leadership. Dr. Scott currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Covington-Newton campus of DeKalb Technical College.
