About the Book

The dissertation will model a theoretical system of pharmacological drug feedback by the use of signal flow diagrams. A comprehensive evaluation of a signal flow diagram and then a comparison with traditional formal or block diagrams will be examined. A clinical study using specific drugs and specific problems, immunological studies taken from actual clinical case studies, will be used to model the feedback system with the signal flow diagrams.

They will be in three separate segments, Model A, B, and C of which Model A will discuss delayed hypersensitivity skin testing. Model B will be the triple-test plan for serologic diagnosis of syphilis and Model C the laboratory effects of cyclosporine. The results from this study will present the signal flow diagram as a clear, accurate, and easy method of pharmacological feedback.
