EXT. HIGHWAY - EARLY MORNING -LATE EIGHTIES. A misty early morning, rush hour, bottleneck highway traffic, rattlesnakes downward toward Los Angeles, California through the San Bernardino mountains during the Christmas Holiday Season. The sun is just coming over the ridge, somewhat blinding, depending on what angle the sun's brilliance strikes your car's front window pane and especially if it's not tinted or should I say if the person driving the car is in a world of darkness! INT. CADILLAC LIMOUSINE. FREDDIEO ROSEMONT, fortyish, seating in the back compartment, he is handsome but is the devilish looking funeral parlor owner you will ever see, stands at about five feet ten inches, built stocky somewhat muscular with long black hair to his shoulders, pointed hooked nose with a thick neck, sloping shoulders and a very deep voice. His icy blue eyes are cold, mean and squinting; there is a scar right below his right eye. His mouth is usually turned up in a sneer. He hits cocaine with a rolled up thousand dollar bill from a silver tray and pets his pet viper snake curled around his neck and shoulder. He always wears black attire as he casually hits! A gold cross, symbolizing the crosses in his graveyards, affixed on his front tooth, shines as he enjoys the rush from each coke hit. Dead human flesh means nothing more than money to him. He stares at his TV monitor that also has a nextel CB connected to it. Seating next to him is a very sexy, very attractive lady, LINDA ANGELO, works at the TERMINAL, in her late twenties. She's styling a lamb mini-dress and mint jacket, showing off her bare enhanced breasts. Linda has a PC lab top on her lap as she focuses attentively on the excel spreadsheet of Freddieo's funeral parlor profits. Linda excited, sounding like an expensive whore. LINDA FRED
Staring at his special built T.V. monitor, monitoring the highway traffic around their limousine, cruising on the highway at 60 mph.

Fred talks into the CB nextel contacting driver, JUAN, 5'6" and 200 lbs, who also works at the Terminal Post Office, driving a modified supped up Mustang GT. He's approximately half a mile in front of Fred's limousine. Fred notices an approaching family of four in a white Mercedes Benz 500 model on his TV monitor appearing to be having a heated argument, approaching rapidly from behind.
