HE has been teaching me the meaning of obedience and how to simply relax in HIS waiting arms. I ask HIM over and over, "Make enough room for what? I have already accepted YOU and I seek YOU as much as I can!" I have created you with a purpose in mind. I have chosen to put you in MY GREAT ARMY. It is painful, as you often describe, for you to believe that you have a dark and dirty side. It doesn’t matter what things you find HE will sustain you as you await for HIM to accomplish HIS PLAN. "As for God, His way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: Have you ever really wanted something and didn’t get it? Were you ever left baffled and confused when the perfect job, mate, or opportunity had simply passed you over? Have you ever "knew that you knew" that something was tailored just for you, yet you never received that particular blessing? Sometimes things seem so perfect and so right that we convince ourselves that it must be what God wants for us. We all claim to want God’s Will to be done. However, do we stand by this conviction when His Will is not our will? During these moments we seem to forget all about our human limitations. We start to question God and wonder why He missed the mark. We fall on our knees and call God for a one on one conference to plead our very convincing case. If we were to take a moment to rest before the Lord, He would remind us that His thoughts are not our thoughts and that His ways are not our ways. He would remind us that He has a plan and that He is Sovereign and Almighty. Our Precious Lord would gently help us to understand that this very disappointing closed door is an indication of the greater blessings that will flow through the open window that only He can provide. He will help us to see that the closed door is a blessing because it helped to redirect us back on the path that the Almighty has already mapped our for us. As Saints of God we must be flexible to receive the blessings that flow from the mighty hands of God. We must surrender and allow God to reign. He knows what is best and what He has for us is beyond anything we could imagine. Inflexibility will block the magnificent possibilities that could only come from a capable and loving Father.
And it amazes me every time to watch HIM carry me through these crazy storms.
The most difficult thing about seeking the LORD while the wilderness experience has already begun
Is that HE will reveal to you all of the dirty things about yourself that need to be redone.
It hurts so much to see all of your vulnerabilities,
but then GOD reminds you of HIS infinite possibilities.
HE talks to me in the stillness of the room
Constantly reminding me that I am the one HE has chosen to groom.
HE says HE has to get rid of all that dirty stuff so he can make enough room.
HE answers by telling me HE wants me to be equipped to help HIM accomplish HIS plans.
"I am confused" I always tell MY PRECIOUS FATHER.
HE constantly tells me to stop telling that lie and HE asks, "Why do you bother?"
There is no one better than you MY Child. No one I could find.
I want to use you to do a job for ME.
I see you as worthy and I have equipped you so when will you see?
Open your eyes Precious Child. See yourself the way I see you.
You must love you as much as I do.
Do you know how great an honor that is to ME?
I smile and I cry tears of joy every time you put ME first.
I have been waiting for you to understand that only I can quench your thirst.
My Child, please understand that by letting your guard down and allowing yourself to share this with ME
this is the first step toward TRUE INTIMACY.
Because during the process, no matter what, in your temple I will abide.
Release control and give it over to ME
So you can truly be who I created you to be.
You know I bring light, but I, the MOST HIGH GOD, will only show you what I choose to show.
You put up a fight until you know all that you need to know.
FAITH is not in the seeing what’s ahead.
FAITH is knowing and believing regardless of how things seem that YOUR PRECIOUS FATHER IS YOUR DAILY BREAD.
HE will open doors for you that can’t be shut by any man.
YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER, is the only one who knows HIS COMPLETE STORY.
Stop wasting time asking yourself and others and give HIM HIS TRUE GLORY.
As you await for HIS path for your life to be revealed
Take as many steps as you can toward the FATHER with whom your FATE IS SEALED.
He is a buckler to all those that trust in Him."

Kimberly C. G. Jones ministers to others through her God-inspired poetry. She also has a counseling ministry. Jones is currently a graduate student at the Alliance Theological Seminary pursuing a graduate degree in counseling in order to effectively assist in the healing of the emotionally wounded. She has a burden to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

native Philadelphian, Kimberly C. G. Jones graduated from the University of
Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Biology and a B.A. in Communications. She also
graduated with a M.S. in Microbiology and Immunology from the Albert Einstein
College of Medicine. She and her
husband, Kendall Jones, and their first child, Kera Stephanie Jones, reside in
Bronx, New York.
