The Author Words
This book is the personification
of a soul seaching.
It is what I call the living,
loving, and learning that we all
obtain through the seasoning of
the year’s.
Where the postive is separated
from the negative, through trial
and error.
The motivation is the common
knowledge of true being, and
acknowledging the spirituality of
faith through one’s own tripartite
soul, that which concerns mind,
body and the latter.
To find truth, in the mutable
struggle of reality, in the life
of man.
From Dred Scott to Ed Scott
the time is now, to correct the
wrong, while we teach our’s
how. Finally it is spiritual truth
with a shocking reality
of the human
struggle.

About the Author

Edward Scott a poet/writer extraordinaire, is
a product from the beautiful metropolis of
Oakland, California.
A graduate of McClymonds High School,
Airco Technical Institute, and the prestigeous
Merritt College.
He attended Cole Elementary School, there the
prodigy was first printed, at the ripe
old age of 10 years young.
His first poem was published by, the Oakland
Post Newspaper,Circa 1970.
It was entitled "My Dream for My Country",
in which he not only won an award, but recieved
a letter of recognition, from the Governor
of Oregon for such a sensitive work of
literary prose.
He further extended his writing talents, by
working for Youths In Action, a teen news letter
about urban life in the glorious city of
Oakland, CA.
And now 33 years later, destiny has run it’s
course, in which Mr. Scott brings to you
the reader, truth in the form of a spiritual
awakening.
