LADY, WHAT HAPPENED YOU (AFTER WE MET)? England (June - July 1991) Mildenhall AB at the Galaxy Club Lady, what happened to you (after we met)? When I first saw you - you were so funny yet so beautiful. Now, to be honest, the dog in me was awake and barking when I saw you in that sexy red dress and those thick caramel thighs. But I felt something different every time we danced. When we danced close and slow, you felt good. You felt like a missing piece of a puzzle - you fit right in. Now that I reminisce on our rendezvous, I regret that I didn’t get your picture. I didn’t get your name (if you told me, I forgot - sorry) or where you worked (I remembered that you were a nurse working at Lakenheath). Lady, what happened to you (after we danced)? Why did you always have to run before the club closed? Acting like Cinderella at the stroke of midnight. But I was more puzzled when I returned the following year in April to see that you were not there. And to this day as of this writing I still don’t know who you are and all that I have are memories locked inside forever.

Peep Game: Original poetry, Observations, and Fiction covers a time of searching and questioning a place in the world. Running the gamut from political, human, and love poems, a three chapter fictional story, to various observations about our society, the author hopes to spark debate, individual thought and research, as well as hopefully rekindle that "ol' luv jones" in folks. About the Author
The author, Adalberto McFarlane, is the CEO/Owner of NINE Nappy Publishing, a division of NINE Nappy Productions, which he uses to produce and market his self-created intellectual properties. He has co-produced and co-directed two music videos for the independent music group Obsidian Dyad. He is also working on an action/adventure comic book series and animated film called Michael R. Sloane; along with a companion compilation music CD, in partnership with Brownglass Records, entitled SLOANE (which is currently available for purchase on CD Baby). He is an illustrator, graphic designer, cartoonist, student, writer, and comic book artist. PEEP Game is his first book of poetry.
