Profiles in faith, hope and courage is a book of 52 short chapters of stories involving teenagers and young adults involved in the all important work of God in the lives of teens, children and adults. The stories emphasize teens as the good works teenagers for the betterment of others and society others is usually not address in society. 20 Appendices are short prayers and thoughts to inspire the reader.

As the reader reads each story, it is hope that he or she know that the hand of God in charge of her or his life. While living from day to day sometimes might not make sense or there is suffering involved knowing that God is in control will lessen burdens and give one a sense of hope and courage during their trying times.


About the Author

Stephen A. Peterson, a member of the Seminole Nation of Indians, is currently employed by Progressive Counseling Service, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as a counseling psychologist/therapist primarily with teenage and young adult clients. He is the author of a number of books, articles and short stories on Christianity, adolescent psychology, and issues pertaining to death and dying. He has degrees in Biological Anthropology and Psychology and has done some college teaching.
