About the Book

DENIED is a well written timely account of what happened to an American consultant who entered into a five year agreement to set up a Public Relations Project for the King and Minister of Information for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The journey takes the writer to Saudi Arabia before the Gulf War and carries the reader through the 1990’s until after the horrific events of 9-11. The author predicted much of what could happen in post war Saudi Arabia and feels that if a ‘proper’ Public Relations Program had been started prior to the Gulf War and continued, just maybe 9-11 might have been prevented.

Some of the Saudis involved in the project are seen often on American TV news programs and are frequently involved in much controversy as more and more Americans are ‘telling’ their own personal stories of disaster. The fallout of exposure of these dealings with the Saudi Royal Family has changed the way many Americans view their Gulf War ally. This book details the Saudi influence on the U.S. State Department by use of correspondences from Senators, Congressmen, Ambassadors, a six page restricted Saudi document and a Diplomatic Note from Saudi Arabia to America. The facts presented are so compelling that a letter sent to His Royal Highness Prince Bandar by a prominent U.S. citizen stated: "Once this book is published it will not be possible to counter its message and the impact it will have on Arabs in America."

Because of this letter the writing of this book was discontinued for six months and is now finished because the Saudis need to know that their days of ‘owning’ enough influence to do as they please in America are coming to an end.
