About the Book

"If I ever get married, my marriage won’t have any problems, because I’m going to be a perfect husband and father."

Is the idealistic young lawyer Jeffrey Schiller asking for too much? Will he spend a lifetime looking for his soulmate or settle for someone, or something, less than perfect? Is falling in love and getting married a sure prescription for happiness?

Love To The Last Breath captures your imagination and breaks your heart in the process of answering these, and other, questions. Spanning twenty-five years, the well-wrought cast of characters and focussed plot drive this sweet, romantic dramedy onward.

Love To The Last Breath is always entertaining, yet, with its underlying philosophical outlook, it demonstrates a love story need not be frivolous. The main characters are appealing individuals with strong family values and high moral standards. Passages flow, join forces, and build like waves, in turn, making you laugh, shed a tear, and pause to contemplate your own life.

Romantic, hilarious, heart-wrenching, and inspiring, Love To The Last Breath is perfect for readers who believe – at least in the possibility – of finding the love of one’s life.

About the Author

Daniel D. Narwa, a real-estate broker and a collector of Canadiana and antiques, uses writing as a means of stress relief. His essays about Jewish culture and law have been published in various Ottawa periodicals. Possessing a creative, imaginative mind, Daniel has always aspired to write a novel.

Love To The Last Breath is a traditional romance, yet comprising ninety-nine per cent dialogue, – heightened by the author’s non-traditional use of voice-recognition technology – and interspersed with commentaries from a philosophic narrator, Daniel has created a hybrid style: a play that reads like a novel.

Plans involve adapting this book into a movie and writing a sequel.

Daniel D. Narwa was born, and currently resides, in Ottawa, Canada.
