When I started to seek this power from within us, I was asked if picked up a pen or pencil, if I will become one with the spirit. The spirit will talk to me when I write, to remind you and I to look inside ourselves, that our answers are within our pain. We need to have hardihood to open up to ourselves to grow forward. When we run from our pain, we miss the opportunity to make progress and to find our faculty in the anointed one. Guilt, a deep sense of hurt, and shame, which are negative emotions, if held onto will keep us connected to personal regrets and feeling unworthy. We think our emotions are sometimes unbearable but we must bear this void. In this vacant place is where the spirit resides within all of us, this void is our trail of finding the infinite one, the power from within.

About the Author
Karon Y. Thomas was born on Thanksgiving day 1963 in Newark New Jersey, but was raised in a small town Crestview Florida by her dear parents Roger and Dorothy Bess. She is the eldest of two siblings, sister Shavone Scott, and brother Ferdnan Bess. She has been married to Shaun G. Thomas for 19 years and the two have been blessed with one son Rhaashaun Q. Thomas. She now resides in San Antonio, Texas with her family. She does Reiki healing, manicurist, and also Reflexalogy. In her spare time she reads and is used for an instrument by the spirit to write inspiring mini stories to uplift the masses and to enable us to remember whom we truly are.
