Revelation of a Super Nova

Beyond the distance of a hundred and seventy thousand light years
Inside the Great Magellan Nebula
A super nova emerged
All of a sudden.
Day by day it intensified its light
And radiance.

Traveling the tremendous distance of a hundred and seventy thousand
light years
Without ever weakening
The light has reached the Earth at last.

The great explosion that occurred a hundred and seventy thousand years ago
Has arrived in front of our eyes now.

They say a star appears so as to exist for a few years
Only to disappear from sight in the end.
But the truth is
The super nova has already disappeared.
What has been projected into view
Is not the current light.
It is a light from the past,
As old as a hundred and seventy thousand years.

A footprint from ultra-ancient times,
It sends a message from a star that has already disappeared.

Various incidents in human lives are also
Occurrences that ended a long time ago.
Although their images are there, they are without origin.
Manifestations with no real substance,
Appearing simply to disappear.

It is only God that truly exists,
The Being that never disappears
The power that operates all...
The visible and the invisible.

Across the distance of a hundred and seventy thousand  light years,
A star conveyed a truth to me.

Water Spirit

The sound of water has mysterious power,
The sound of a river flowing,
Ripples at a shore,
Roars of a waterfall,
And even the sound of a fountain.
As we pause with our eyes closed to listen to these sounds,
We feel our hearts and bodies naturally cleansed
By the fresh and rhythmical vibrations of water.

Modernistic people are very busy.
Being preoccupied with too many external matters,
They have lost sight of their inner self.
They have forgotten their own power within.
Water has the vibrations to turn our consciousness within.
It has the energy to purify our hearts.

Whenever you are near water,
Pause, even if for a second,
Close your eyes, and listen to the sound water emanates.
This alone will calm the turmoil in your heart, 
And before you are aware of it, you will find your heart directed within.
This is because the water spirit has guided you
To attune with that part of your original self
That was lost from your memory.

Let us partake in every occasion
To see water flowing.
Let us immerse ourselves in the vibrations of water,
And take time to look within.

Breathing

Why do human beings live on the earth,
Rather than dwell in the seas
Or inhabit the underground?

It is for the purpose of
Introducing within us -  the small universe,
The energy of the cosmos that surrounds the earth.
We assimilate the positive energy showered upon us from heaven,
And absorb it into the core of our inner universe,
Then we merge it with the light directly descending from the universal source
And return it to the earth.
We live on the earth
In order to give life to all things and creatures which exist on earth.

We breathe not only to survive physically.
The breath we inhale enables us - the small universe - to communicate with the great universe.
It accelerates all things to be absorbed into the core of the great universe
That exists nowhere except inside the small universe.
The breath we exhale
Converts the life vibrations into high-dimensional energy
And radiates it to the great universe.

Human beings’ breaths are the rhythm of the universe.
Our breaths not only bring life into us from moment to moment
But also renew the universe each moment.
