About the Book

Michael Foster keeps waking from the same nightmare. He promised to spread his brother’s ashes and it’s been months since his death. Realizing it may be his subconscious getting to him, he sets out to keep his promise. He thought the nightmare would go away once he spread the ashes in the specified places his brother requested. He didn’t expect that reality would become far more disturbing. Every time he spreads the ashes he receives messages through strange phenomenon that seem to be cut short, as if someone doesn’t want him to hear them. He is reluctant to follow the incomplete instructions, as he is unsure he’s not losing his mind. He finds he needs to put his trust in people he doesn’t know. His fate is intertwined with that of mankind. Unsure he wants this responsibility, he soon finds out he has no choice.

About the Author

He grew up in Minnesota and has lived there his entire life. (Although he loves to travel.) He has eight siblings and falls right in the middle. He liked to entertain them with stories even when he was very young. Mostly to keep his older brother’s from picking on him, or to keep his younger siblings entertained. He’s had many experiences, both good and bad in his life. It’s given him a lot of opportunities to get different perspectives on life, and convert those perspectives into characters in his stories. He’s a people person, and thinks everyone has at least one story to tell. He often imagines upon meeting people for the first time what kind of stories they might have to tell, just by their looks, mannerisms, or character. He decided to start writing as he’d been carrying several stories around in his head for a while. His only hope is that people have as much enjoyment reading his stories as he does creating them.
