Can I ever find the way?
No matter how I arrange the letters,
all I can hope for is another sparkle.
But every thought fades away and
the sun only burns brighter.
At least it is here to remember.
Till the next time I find a
way
to break apart another piece of my heart.
But the more I tear,
even more grows inside.
I guess it’s all for me to see.
I’m forever blinded by the light and
I expect this pen to open my eyes?
Words
You are more to me than the
blood that nourishes my temple
More than one thousand kisses with my soul mate
More than the most blissful starry night
More than the love itself
Without these I may live miserably or even
not at all.
But without my words,
I am not only,
But really never was.
You are more to me than any
silver-lined dream
More than journeying the deepest ardor
You are the soul’s escape from the
safe and solitary.
You are my proclamation of the magical
beauty that pours through my veins.
You are the sharing of the heart’s tenderness,
the soul’s silhouette, the sparrow’s symphony
by the dawn’s early light, the wolves howl at
the moonlights feast.
You are my day, you are my
night and
all the parts of me I cry for most.

Millions of thoughts and words make our days and nights. Hidden between them are the diamonds of life, the gems of the mind, and the jewels of the heart. ‘Making Love with Poetry’ is special to me because every word is an extension of my mind getting closer to finding that shining diamond. Every poem is one dream closer to the buried treasures of the heart. Every word is my gift from heaven. Every stroke of my pen truly is an extension of myself, in understanding the laws that govern being. Eventually we come to see that being, is love. Our lives become, love in the making. These words are my expression in experiencing that being…they are my being; they are my heart; they are my making of love.

About the Author
John Castagnini was born in Brooklyn, NY. John spent most of his life in rigorous formal, self-taught and introspective study. He competed a degree in Biology and attended Chiropractic school. Furthermore, he has studied with several martial arts masters, monks from India, as well as world-renowned speakers Dr. Wayne Dyer and Dr. John Demartini. He is the author of ‘Think and Grow with a Friend’, and ‘Treasures Within: Meditation with a Friend’, and has taught many in the field of personal development. His life is dedicated towards mastery of uniting the body, mind; heart, and soul for masterful expression.
