About the Book

Dreams...how do they influence your life, where do they come from and are they real?  Whether they are something created deep within the recesses of one’s own mind, or just your brain replaying the events of the past, they are all very real at the time you experience them.  “I thought I was Dreaming” is a mystery novel about how dreams did affect a young man’s life.  This book also speaks to the horrors of child abuse and the way it cripples those who experience it.  All this is tied up in a tale of mystery and emotions you don’t want to miss.  This is one book you will not be able to put down.

About the Author

Thom Medford grew up in Asheville, North Carolina, which is a town in the cool mountains of the western end of the state and is one of the nation’s most beautiful places to live.  He is a graduate of Western Carolina University and has been married to his wife Marsha for 33 years.  They have one grown son who lives in Nashville, Tennessee and another son who is deceased.  As a young boy growing up on a farm in the mountains of North Carolina, Thom learned to appreciate people and hard work.  His love for the people and the beauty of the land influences his work as an author and is the common thread that runs throughout his books.
