About the Book
“Golf and life are works of art, designed by the
player.”
Author Unknown
This book contains no sex, no scandal, and not even
any outrageous claims to make you thin, sober, smoke-free, or fabulously
wealthy. So, why in the world would
anyone want to read it?
Think of it this way. Medical experts agree that stress is bad. As sure as the sun rises, frustration is a
big contributor to stress. The sole
purpose of this little book is to reduce frustration among golfers. A few hours spent with it will lead to
expanding one’s enjoyment of the royal and ancient game.
No Mulligans combines common sense suggestions for acquiring a
sound, repeatable golf swing with proven methods of developing the mental
discipline needed to play golf consistently.
This book is not a technical manual about grip, swing, stance, or
such. Instead, it addresses using the
awesome power of our sub-conscious to control both our swing and our emotional
response to events on the course. It
explains the paradox that less effort and more relaxation will actually improve
your game.
Anyone who has suffered the frustration of a less
than perfect round of golf will benefit from reading this under-sized
tome. We believe this includes a fairly
large number of people.
Without doubt, the best sawbuck you will ever spend
on this wretched old game!
