Joe Weber was born and reared in Philadelphia, Pa. graduating from Roman Catholic High School and Villanova University there.  He had been a CPA by profession, having early-retired from the Oil Industry in late1998.  He and his wife Alice have four grown children and six grandchildren.  They have been “Paduans” since the parish’s founding in 1997.  Joe was Chairperson of the Finance & Planning Committee from 1997-1999 and the original Building Committee from 1999-2001.  Both he and Alice are active in parish ministry.
