Billy walked well behind the other kids on the railroad tracks. He wanted to be their friends but no one talked to him much and when they did they made fun of him. You see, Billy was twelve years old but appeared to be six. He was boy “midget.”
They sometimes chanted “Billy is a midget, his girlfriend’s name is Gidget, his IQ is one digit, Billy is a midget.”
