UNFAVORABLE REALITY

Our summit with China’s leaders has ended with no progress made and this is trouble we don’t need, especially now with America under siege.  I shall come back on the air day after tomorrow, January 16, to let you know of anything new.  If there is anything else that can be done.  Now for the last news, I hope my message shall reach out, and will find us all coming together to help and understand these actions are necessary. All of us need to get a handle on these times, and realize this is not meant to make us lose anymore of our freedom.  As soon as we are able to, we will go back to our normal lifestyle, but as of today we are going to have a nation wide curfew.” 

All of a sudden a major commotion broke out in the back ground as two shots were fired.  A reporter in the front row fell to the floor, struck in the side by the snipers bullet.  A Secret Service agent yelled, cover the President, get the shooter, and stay down Mr. President.  People were diving for any cover they could find.

“Good Lord Mike, this is not looking good at all.”  Mike and all of the rest of our families were too speechless to answer.

Three Secret Service agents were grappling with the gunman and finally had him under control as an agent grabbed the gun out of the gunman’s hand.  The assassin yelled out, “We will fight to the death, before we will ever allow this police state to take over.

“Mr. President, are you all right?

“Yes, yes I’m fine, get him out of here.  Please get the medics in here for this gentleman and let me know his condition as soon as you receive it.  As I wa-wa-was saying, the President obviously under a great deal of duress, stammered this is not pleasant for me or for any of you, and I hope and pray this is the last of these outbreaks.  What we need now is your help and understanding.  Time has come to show the world our strength, and that we can come together as a nation in yet another crisis.  We’ll come out, not only on top, but we show the world we can handle anything that comes our way.  We’re a united people and shall remain standing.”
