About the Author
Paul Shaffer has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina. He has worked with adults, couples, families, and children as a professional counselor for over 30 years, both in the private and public sectors, including the hospital, jail, residential treatment and county mental health populations. It was primarily through Paul’s private practice and support group work that he was able to focus on couples in conflict, a choice that ultimately led to the writing of this book. At present, he continues in private practice in Huntersville, NC. The practice is called Right Choices Counseling.
