Open your invitation and you will discover what nourishes your spirit.  Your dinner companions are well known to you: Power, Freedom, Joy, Peace, Patience, and Reverence, to name a few. They are here to honor you and the spirit that resides within you.

As you read and work with this book, you will discover your own spirit, and when you do, you will begin to see the sacred in all of life. In that moment, you will be given the gift of being in the present.
