A NEW CAR - MAY, 1990
Through daily driving my car for my advertising job at WXXZ our local radio station in
The salesman started talking to me about a new Peugeot car. I knew of the Peugeot and Coon’s stressed the good gas mileage. They talked and talked. I didn’t know if I was interested in buying a new car.
The salesman kept talking about the NEW WAY to have a car and that was LEASING. He made it sound wonderful, but I had a very strange feeling about it.
Finally the deal was done on
My life was about to be changed forever unbeknown to me.
TWO WEEKS LATER
I was driving around town, making my advertising calls. It was a nice, pleasant spring day and my windows were down, when I noticed “something” coming into the car from under the dash board area on the driver’s side. The mist made the left side of my face, neck and chin area itch; then I could feel it going into my mouth.

This also includes my dealing with the legal system and surviving the acute chemical burn as diagnosed by Dr. Long in Special Studies, Environmental Medicine in Cleveland Clinic,
I survived this ordeal through the Grace of God and it is only of God’s Will that I am able to write this history.
I write this record that it may be helpful in some way to others if they are in need of any such help.

About the Author
Charon was born in Ohio, 1937. At 3yrs. of age – her grandmother taught her sewing to quiet her after a surgery. That planted a lifetime of seeds.
Living in a semi-rural area – she thrived on 4-H projects in her young years.
She graduated from high school in 1955.
Interest in fabrics led into Interior Design Work and travel.
Charon attended the New York School of Interior Design, receiving the International Design Award in 1966. Traveled to
