About the Author

She was born in a small town in Cartersville, Georgia.  As a child she played in the woods using her imagination to make up games and explore.  As a teenager she first started to write poems and lyrics.  Its ironic that she struggled to only make C’s and a few B’s in most of her English classes even in college.  She later served in the U.S. Army and traveled abroad.  She gave away hundreds of poems to friends, family and strangers.  She has a unique ability to connect to people, places and events.  But her imagination and ideas are the backbone of her poems.  She believes in a “true positive” out of everything and anything which is reflected in her poems.
