This Middle School sister and brother tantrum reading everything of interest to them find quite a bit of fun discoveries as well for others.
For instance, Number Four’s math teacher, Mr. A, one day gave the class this riddle:
I went into the wood shed and picked up a very unusual object. When I looked for it, I couldn’t find it. Thus, I had to take it into the house.
Once into the house I had a very difficult time getting it out. In fact, help was required. What was it says Mr. X? Revealed within reading.
Further: Looking through problems, Number Four found something quite interesting, adding two numbers to get 90 and showed it to her brother, Number Ten.
What’s so special about adding two numbers to get 90, any normal person can do such exclaimed Number Ten!
So true responded Number Four, but these numbers are not just any numbers they are complementary angles; something of which we never heard. And least you forget we are determined to find problems easy to work and what’s easier than adding two numbers to get 90?
Here is how it works: any two angles added to get 90 degrees are complementary angles. One angle is called the complement of the other angle.

Over the years, beginning in my pre-teen years, my two favorite books were Grimes Fairytale and Math Can Be Fun. Liz, Pat, Bobbies, Louise, and I sat for hours sharing things of interest from the aforementioned books, usually from memory. No longer having a copy of the books, many FUN THINGS shared are paraphrased. The idea is to keep your attention throughout various Observations, looking forward to a reward alone the way from Grime’s Fairytale or Math Can Be Fun and possibly others. Hopefully, you will desire to obtain a copy of such books as well. Favorites of mind to be included in future writings are: Faithful John, Seven In One Blow, Six Soldiers of Fortune and many others. After reading this material, now in your possession, share it with others and before we know it others in the world can’t help but be better and more knowledgeable. Don’t be selfish send someone a copy. Life can be whatever one desires to make it. This reading is material from which you personally benefit. Two teenage siblings are used to entertain you. The girl’s name is Number Four(#4) while her brother’s name is Number Ten(#10). The narrator is yours truly, LBJ. Imagine the attention span of young ones. Visualize some of the things they unintentionally say without second thought. They move from one idea to another keeping the material interesting, digressing, regressing, progressing, and fun. My approach in writing as well as subject content is to show how something once considered difficult could not only be made easy, but enjoyable as well. Enjoyment is the aim. We must feel good about ourselves. Although easy, fun, and interesting, the material is in no way watered down. That’s the whole point. It’s to bring material from storage in your SAVING area to the RECALL area of your mind in a non-embarrassing manner. You are still expected to use your intelligence, knowledge, and thinking ability in a non-stressful way. No pressure to learn, performance is because you so desire. You will be able to run through the material with relative ease.
