Using the inspirational guidance God has given me I was inspired to write poetry from a young age. Starting in Jr. High School I would write poems to friends or to very special classmates. As the years went on, I was faced with many trials in my teenage years moving from home to home in foster care. My writing became a part of my everyday life. Growing up in holiness churches I always had a holiness background and Inspite of all I have been through, I knew God was with me. It was during these years that my poetry flourished and into young adulthood I continued to write spuratically. During these years I was reared by loving foster parents Amelia Hill and Shellie Hill whom today are both deceased. But it was they, friends, family, my kids my loving husband Tyrone who encouraged me to continue to write.

About the Book
Guided by inspirational guidance from God, "Divine Poetry was written by using a God given gift to write poetry as a young child. Given the ability to witness through poetry to people from all walks of life, this book was written as an inspirational tool. Its purpose is to teach righteous decision making and to give an increased knowledge of the power of prayer and the contentment that God offers for obedience. Divine Poetry contains spiritual, influential, inspirational and dedicated poetry that will enable those in desperate situations to reach out for God in their times of need.
About the Author
Natasha Mitchell Robinson is the second youngest among six children. As a young child she was moved from foster home to foster home and at this time she began to write poetry. After being given a permanent home by loving God-parents, her writing began to flourish. Influenced by God and true life events she began to write from Jr. High through young adulthood. Encouraged by friends and family she continued to write trying to persuade people to try God and to show a success that had not been shown by such a troubled child. For many years she struggled to understand her ability to witness through poetry but it was recently that the light was shed to such God given ability to reach out through her inspirational writing. Having been shown a vision and given ideas the writing of this book was a necessity. The contents within, the cover, and the thoughts within are all visions from the most high. She still continues to write what the Lord has envisioned her with inspiringly.
