About the Author

Dr. Stephen J. Briggs was born and raised in a small but friendly town in Northwestern Pennsylvania called Titusville. Having lost his mother to cancer at the young age of thirteen, he had to learn to live silently with pain, questions and life''s events that aid in forming one''s personality. As an adult he married and divorced 21 years later having four beautiful children.

As a medical physician and later working within a ministry he cared for and studied people and their needs with a very focused and concerning eye. Graduating with High Honors in college, he also perused a more concentrated self education concerning many people and their specific emotions. Remaining at the top of his class he studied Psychology, Sociology, and formal English Communication skills, among several other areas of education to enhance his perspective of people to be documented with his study and presented to the public at a later date.

His travels have taken him around the world as his studied and monitored many races, creeds, cultures, religions, and customs. Thus, allowing him to openly explore many emotions and feelings expressed by many people in this study.

The characters feel real enough to kiss or push away as Dr. Briggs uses verbiage that not only opens a person''s eyes, but the very soul as well. He is a published, skilled Author retains the required knowledge to truly open and examine emotions to benefit those who share his work by reading his novel.
