About the Book

Calendar Introduction

This is a composition of the scriptures that actually occurred, or were to occur, and in some instances will occur, in the days of the months that are expressly written of in the books of the Old and New Testaments. Some are quite obvious, some are a little harder to understand, but all really did occur, or were to occur, upon the days of the months shown.

It is understood in the Bible that there are twelve months in the year;

(I Kings chapter 4; verse 1 through 34; 7-19, 27: I Chronicles chapter 27; verse 1 through 15: Esther chapter 3; verse 7, and Revelation chapter 22; verse 1-21, 1-2.) The names of all the months, save one, are mentioned in various places throughout the books in the Holy Bible.

It may also be understood that there are thirty days in each month: at least from the 2nd month until the 7th month; (Genesis chapter 6; verse 1, through chapter 9; verse 19.) This is the record of Noah and the flood. Specifically in this record, (Genesis chapter 7; verse 11, through chapter 8; verse 4:) that it was in the 2nd month the 17th day of the month that the flood began; 40 days the rain descended, on the 40th was stopped: the waters prevailed upon the Earth 150 days, and after the end of the 150 days; the ark rested in the 7th month on the 17th day of the month upon the mountains of Ararat. Exactly 5 months, each of those months having 30 days. Concerning how many days there are in a year is not written anywhere, except in the book of Enoch with 364 days. (Enoch Ch72; 1-37, 32-37.)

Also included, are some of the books called the Old Testament Apocrypha: (missing books of the Old Testament,) so when you see a reference to a book not in included in your Bible do not be alarmed, because of a truth those books belong in our Bibles.

Why are these things important? There are some very important days mentioned in the Bible which have been utterly forgotten about, or have never been seen. This is to all whom would like to see, and have in remembrance, the days that the scriptures say actually took place in the days of the year. I sincerely hope that by showing these days that can be seen, what is written of in them will be remembered, that truly cannot be denied.

All references are based upon the King James Version of the Holy Bible.
