About the Author
About the Authors CE Lee is the director of the Etiquette & Protocol Centre of Long Island. The centre is committed to helping individuals develop and enhance skills necessary to thrive and excel in today’s professional and social environment. Programs are designed to bridge the gap between the academic and the business world. Other credentials include an MBA in corporate finance from Long Island University and a BBA in general business from Pace University. Ms. Lee has more than thirty years of business experience that includes financial analysis, business education, customer service, airport operations, and transportation. Trudy Redus is the founder and director of The Protocol School of Arkansas - The Etiquette Solution. She later partnered with EPCLI (Etiquette & Protocol Centre of Long Island) and that alliance created The Etiquette & Protocol Centre of Arkansas and Long Island, NY. Trudy received a B.S. degree from North Carolina A&T State University and an AA in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She continues to work with schools, colleges and universities throughout the country with a program she designed called Graduating a Class Ahead. ® Prior work experiences include over twenty years as an International Flight Attendant - Transatlantic Specialist, followed by several years in event management, marketing and communications. CE Lee and Trudy Redus graduated from The Protocol School of Washington.® Under the direction of Dorothea Johnson, one of the first schools in the country to offer training and certification to teach business etiquette and international protocol.
