About the Book

The book is a collection of selected poems that was written through out my life. The poems were inspired by various events and people. Thus, they were created into poems that seem to be short stories, with scenarios the reader can probably relate to and visualize.

About the Author

Felisha V. Shakeer was born in Trinidad & Tobago and grew up in Miami Florida. She began writing when she was thirteen and was at middle school. She was easily inspired by the people around her and began writing as a hobby. This coincided with her being a musician in the magnet program at her school. Through growing up with music in her environment she was able to also convey her emotions through writing. Currently she is enrolled in college and is aiming to obtain her degree in Business Administration and International Relation.
