Caiaphas: I charge you under oath by the living God. Tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of the Living God?
Jesus: I am!! I say to all of you. In the future you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of Heaven.
Caiaphas: (Rips robe) He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses. Look, now you have heard the blasphemy. What do you think?
(Council prances around spitting, punching, slapping saying. “Prophesy who hit you? Prophesy to us Christ, who hit you?”)
(LIGHTS SWITCH)
Darla: (Screams) No!! They can’t do that to him.
Lorna: (Hugs weeping daughter) It’s okay it was still part of God’s plan! Do you want to hear the rest of the story?
Darla: (Hesitant) Yes, but when you tell me about what they were doing to Jesus it hurts in here. (Points to heart)
