Born and raised in a two parent family without siblings. I learned quickly the value of freedom Being more of an introvert of a person remembering my days of youth. Growing up for me was an experience of great adventure. The relationship that I had with my parents during that time was great So much of everything was fun, and I was a happy child. I remember going places with my parents and doing things with them, that helped to build character in me and morale.
Both my mother and my father taught me to be responsible; at a very early age, I had paper routes, I was shoveling snow, and working at local dog shows twice a year making money During my life while in elementary school, my mother and father both were very active and supportive of me. They helped to teach me responsibility, and gave great guidance. While growing up in Indianapolis, Indiana, in a major metropolitan city and school, both of my parents worked, and made sure they always spent quality time with me. Looking back on those days, displays a reflection of a solid foundation that my parents provided.
My parents raised me with unconditional love. Great love was abound and all around. There were days and times when 1 was sick or not feeling well, my parents always made sure that they did all they could to help me to recover.
Both of my parents were born again and saved by the glorious grace of God, during a time when I was still in grade school. This awesome experience of having a new found spirit of Jesus Christ was a transcendence of liberty that now lives inside my mother and father. During this time of great transformation, after Mom and Dad had risen with complete freedom and triumph with God. This new found peace and liberty of the Holy Spirit, was exactly what was essential to give me direction that I needed.
Back in those days I remember, it was mandatory that I attend church services at least once a week on Sundays My Mother especially made it clear that I must attend Sunday school and the main worship service. The grace of God is with all children, and they are saved before the intellectual stage of change has been predestined and confirmed by God, in His Word that all children are saved until they reach the age of accountability. Subsequent to this point and time after during this era I was not saved. But I still enjoyed going to church and being a part of praise and worship. I became a member of the local church youth choir, and when school was out for summer vacation I attended another local church for Vacation Bible School.
It was evident to me, even during this period of time, that the discipline and direction that was imposed on me by my parents, was a direct reflection, and the imposition of the Will of God, that now lives inside of them. This new experience of Holiness, that guided my parents, was an emancipation and proclamation of complete freedom, which God had also chosen and predestined for me. But I did not receive this until much later in my life.
