The Christian Trinity that is mentioned in the New Testament is not necessarily the scope of this book. But I will talk about it later, and even at that, it is questioned by some Christians and non-Christians if there is a Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). No, the Trinity I am talking about, if you may, is my Trinity. In February 2005, I gave my life to Jesus Christ; two other times in my life, I attended church but left after a short time. The third time (this time, hence the Trinity), I have the maturity and wisdom to realize this is my way of life, the Lord’s way, the right way. I have always believed there was a God and his Son Jesus Christ, but believing there is and believing in are two separate things. I was not born into a strong religious family; actually, to say I was born into a family of any religious background would be an overstatement. My family was decimated by alcohol and drugs. If you knew my family fifteen years ago and still know them today, the transformation could only be, in my words, “a miracle.” My mother, brother, and one sister attend church regularly, and two of my other sisters are trying to figure out where God fits in their lives. Sadly, my last sister is still fighting her demons. The first time I started attending church regularly, I was about twelve years old It was at a local church, and the attraction was belonging to something, but this didn’t last very long, as the church service was early in the morning and I was approaching my teen years; I didn’t see the relevance of God in my life.

About the Book
I have to admit that this book will not excite you as a mystery would or the story of someone who had to overcome great odds to triumph, but nevertheless, in my own way, I have triumphed because of God's love. What started out as a quest for my wife ended up as a revelation for me. I thought what happened 2,000 years ago or more had no direct bearing on my life, or for that matter, all life on earth. This is my journey into Christianity, which has only started. After studying the Bible and listening to some Christian leaders, both local and international, I wrote this book on what I think what it means to be a Christian. I believe that God does work in mysterious ways; no, I'm not claiming that I have moved by the Holy Spirit, but something compelled me to write this book. I'm hoping if you do read this book, and if you are thinking about giving your life to Jesus Christ, that you will explore it to the fullest, and if you have an open heart and mind, you will see that there is meaning to your life.
In the twelve chapters that I wrote, I briefly touch on subjects like Evolution vs. Creation, The Christian Trinity, Homosexual Christians, Women in Christian Churches, and Conservatism vs. Liberalism among other subjects.
