This is a story about Rudy Sikora and his memoirs of his precious life.  In Rudy’s Romance, A Paddle Wheel to Nostalgia, you will observe how Rudy, day in, and day out, is making his abode worthwhile. Vividly he describes how his romance begins at the age of five. He maintains that agape love at that early age is in accordance with the Lord his God—the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Rudy continues to use love as the main factor to describe his departure from Poland, residing for a short time in Germany and ultimately arriving in the United States of America. The many poems presented are a direct result of Rudy’s imagination and the ability to create stories of his positive lifestyle, as he explains his life from before World War II to today.

About the Author

Author Rudy Sikora is an emigrant from Poland. In 1949, he entered the United States of America, served for twenty years in the United States Army, gaining citizenship in the United States of America in 1954. After serving in the Army on assignment to Germany, Korea, and Vietnam, Rudy retired as a Chief Warrant Officer.  He served for four years as a Contract Specialist for the District Government and sixteen years as Contracting Officer for the Department of Agriculture in Washington, DC. Eighty years of my life I devoted to the Lord my God. Whatever you will read written by me Jesus’ Spirit is there to fill.
