About the Author

Lisa Lockwood, a Chicago native, is currently a writer living in Chicago and Montreal with her husband, Rock Thomas and his three children. With the charisma, drive and eternal optimism she has dedicated her life to mastering, Lisa has written Undercover Angel in a manner that will inspire, educate and entertain readers. Since Ms. Lockwood’s resignation from law enforcement, she has been engaged in activities such as coaching, speaking, NASCAR driving, marathon running, scuba diving, skydiving, snowboarding and ballroom dancing.

     Lisa has been approached consistently over the last eight years, by friends and strangers alike, regarding her unique experiences as a police officer, SWAT team member, and undercover detective.  These inquiries accompanied with the passion to inspire and motivate a diverse market of readers provided the impetus for the book.
