About the Book

This second book of poetry is the culmination of experiences and intuitions that have touched the authors' life. These poems have an easy rhythm and are something special that most readers will thoroughly enjoy. As you read the poems in this book you will undoubtedly come across one or more that touch a place within your soul, much like an invisible hug. They show you that you are not 'alone' in this world and that we are all inter-connected in Mind, Body and Spirit. Sandy has put them together in this book and an earlier one called 'Rhymes of Reason' for the rest of us to enjoy and utilize. These are inspirational, meaningful scripts that almost seem to be written specifically for the reader.

About the Author

Sandy was born and raised in Northern Ontario and throughout her life has written poetry as a way of expressing her inner thoughts and emotions. She has met many interesting people on her path and feels blessed by her many friendships. Her career choices have always been demanding, but also very fulfilling. As a heavy equipment operator/truck driver for 25 years, her world expanded taking her to other towns surrounding the Sioux Lookout area. A love for nature and the outdoors has inspired many of her poems, as have the people, places and happenings around her. Sandy has a remarkable way with words and the rhythm of her poems is soothing to the soul.
