About the Book

This whimsical little book is the ideal accompaniment for a plane or train journey. It uses a ludicrous plot to weave comical characters and their comments into a story that will make you laugh on every page. It is also a little unconventional. Have you ever seen a book with commercial breaks between its chapters?

About the Author

Steve White, who sometimes writes as Ivor Corker, was born in 1952 in Wiltshire, England and works providing adaptations for the elderly or disabled after having spent years in the motor and pest control industries. For many years he has written articles for magazines and is a prolific letter writer. During the past five years or so he has written hundreds of poems, one of which received an honourable mention at the prestigious 2006 Bridport Prize (51st out of 5612). He has also written several articles of a humorous nature. He has a photographic memory for comments and amusing incidents that have happened to him or friends and colleagues and he uses his wickedly irreverent sense of humour to bring these characters to life in writing. In addition to his first whimsical novel, 'Tis All in the Games, he is planning more projects including a collection of short stories and may release some of his poetry onto an unsuspecting public.
