What is of the gap that divides us?
Is it of the oceans that seperate people in continents?
Yet neighbors still draw separation among tenants.
Is it of the different languages that make our uncommon colloquy?
Yet those that speak in common tongues still curse each other as the enemy.
Is it of the wide assortment of pigments that separate us into different shades?
Yet among the darkest people, the lightest are born and still loved as a mother's babe.
Is it of the disproportion of crimes between a race upon another race that is so unequal?
In the end, each will receive their own just and individual portions when God makes due his sequel.
Is it of the borders that separate us into diffenert nations?
Those imaginary lines cannot be a cause, but the result of man's divisive preoccupations.
Is it of the different cultures and values each espouse?
It could be no more different than that of a father and son in the same house.
Is it of religion that with differing beliefs has a united path of man impeded?
"Love thy neighbor as thyself" none but one on any path has heeded.
So it is not the failure of truth, but our imperfect walk we have not succeeded.
To accept love and be together we ignore the truth so pleaded.
Is it of the gap created with the combination of these things that seperate our identities?
Yet when all of this is combined, you get one type- humanities.
So what is of the gap that divides us?
It is the gap of reason in our mind between truth and blindness that befalls within us.

Infatuation. You remember that dirty word, when you thought a lover was perfect, and so was love? Now you know better, your eyes are opened; you know love and your lover better now. No you don’t. You forgave them, of course. No you didn’t. Actually you know less about love now than when you started, and that tempered love with diminished expectations you are practicing is now fallen with the earth. Your eyes are untainted now but love is seen not with the eye but with faith. Look at it this way, God is love and the devil is the great accuser. So now, which of these is your love closer now to reflecting? And whose image should our love reflect?
So let me ask you again. Remember infatuation? Remember when faith in love promised a lover was perfect and so was love. That promise of love is real and in truth can manifest, but why wait for eternity? When love means perfect love, when forgiveness means perfect forgiveness and faith means perfect faith that sees the manifestation of it all back to it’s sanctity in the end, that is the revolution love needs. Love is not meant solely to survive and avert war to see victory in old age but to find uncompromising peace, abundant joy and life everlasting at the better end of the two divergent plots of Antitheses.

About the Author
First of all, this is a beautiful cover. It's boarder and the picture inside is reminiscent of a greeting card. But what is more beautiful is what the image represents. In the picture two lovers are seperated by a chasm, but the love that is the vine still surrounds them both and holds them together. That vine has a special meaning to believers. It represents God and his church and a believer's connection to him.
You know, love's initial phase of infatuation was great but this book handles love's ultimate crash to earth and reality. If you don't know by now that love is supreme to me, that it is not only my occupation but my preoccupation, you are not paying attention. But love also is my belief, so it is important for me to get this phase right, to get love back on track and keep its promise and sweetness in the end.
The vine, the wine, and the miracle performed at the wedding when water was turned to wine, all these things contribute a vintage plot. The grapes, the crushing, fermenting, the intoxication, and ultimately the great celebration, of that wine works so well to keep love on track in this story. After all, love, like wine should get better with time. This is the wine of The Love Scrolls series and if love to you is no longer intoxicating, you need to drink up this book. Perhaps you will be quoting like me, "As wine is to the body, love is to the spirit." The Love Scrolls: Antitheses is my second written work.
