About the Author

After winning a Half-Price Books poetry contest in 2006, Cyndy decided to publish some of her other poems she had written when her children were young. A dietitian by trade, Cyndy has authored two other books: “The Ten Basic Rules of Eating,” a commonsense guide to healthy eating and weight control and “Thirty Days of Dinners,” a family recipe planner. Amy Evans is the artist who did the lovely watercolor pictures for this book.
