About the Book

Love From My Soul is a collection of poetry and short reflections that encompasses twenty years of writing that has helped me discover who I am, has healed me and allowed me to let go of the past.  Not every poem I have ever written is included in this collection, but it includes the best of what I want to express.

About the Author

D.L. Stallings was born on April 6, 1974 to Fredrick L. Stallings and Valerie E. Buchanan in South Bend, Indiana.  The youngest of two girls she was raised in San Diego, California where she excelled in academics and sports.  Always very passionate about literature and words she began writing at the age of twelve and has never stopped.  Hoping to one day write a book about her life, her poetry encompasses all that she has seen, heard, lived through and accomplished.
