Be this known to all Christians of all walks of life: color, creature, gender, and culture, “who are the called according to His purpose”, [Rom 8:28]. Regardless of how high and mighty you may feel, or how holy you may presume yourself to be, the depth and/or the height of your walk with God; your principles, your codes of ethics, your preaching, your ministering, and your teaching of the Word of God, you will never excel in the Spirit of God any higher than your knowledge of the Word of God. Every phase of your life of whatever style it may be, your ministry and your calling depend completely on one majestic inspiration, one secret-code, and that is your knowledge of the Word of God. Regardless of how righteous you are or how Godly you may proclaim yourself to be, you have no other boasts, no other claims; you cannot point to the Spirit for success until you first point to the written Word. There is no boasting concerning the knowledge of the Holy Spirit if you do not first know the Holy Scripture, and if you do not know the written Word, you do not know the Holy Spirit. You can be born of the Spirit; however, the growth and the power of the Spirit in your life depend completely on your knowledge of the written Word. If you do not read the written Word of God, the Holy Spirit will not grow in your life. The written Word of God is the Spirit’s life flow, and if you do not feed the Spirit with the written Word, the Spirit will depart from your life.

Generic versions of the Bible begat generic versions of Christians: If we frustrate the language of the King James Version of the Bible, we will frustrate the grace of God and the genetic codes that lead to eternal life. “We ought to preach the gospel, not as our views, but as the mind of God. About the Author
Born in a small community western Kentucky, Benjamin Lee Vince, not knowing it was the move of God, relocated to Pontiac, Michigan in the 50’s. While accruing a trade in the Tooling Industry, he also began his religious studies in the 60’s under the personal direction of the teaching ministry of Bishop L. A. Parent, then pastor and Bishop of the Apostolic Church. After returning to his home state, he continues his studies, applying his knowledge in creating the new book series, “Goliath Awaits”. A retired machinist by secular trade—married, with three children: a daughter, two sons, a stepdaughter, ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Pursuits and activities: scriptural studies, writing, music, Bible teaching, and motorcycling.
