War of the Crown

“When you struck that decisive blow against Crenchen, you did something that was not visible to the naked eye. You performed the miraculous as well as the dire all at the same time. You sundered the Soulnado and altered the Rules of Nine as well. In that separation of the Soulnado, I was created as a counter balance. Unfortunately, Crenchen took possession of all the physical essence leaving me devoid of a physical body. Without a physical form, my powers will remain limited and the Rules of Nine will become more corrupt the more powerful the other soul collector grows. If you permit me to inhabit your body, we can both grow together until I am equal in power to Crenchen and you achieve all that you desire.”

Gerald was most tempted by this, “How am I to know that you will not just assume complete control of my body if I allow you in?”

“Take a look at where you are; upon a mountain that you will perish on without me. I ask you to take a leap of faith that your journey does not end here.”

The weight of such a decision was heavy. Gerald took as much time as he needed. He walked to the edge of the cliff and looked to the lands beyond.

“I accept your offer; let our alliance be formed with my leap of faith!”

Gerald turned and leaped over the edge of the mountain. He felt himself rise in the updraft beneath him. Then he began to plummet like a stone. His body bounced off the jagged speeding surface several times.

“Liar! Why have you forsaken our alliance”?

“Why did you jump off the side off a mountain, do you have wings to fly?”

“No, I took the leap of faith!”                           

“So you have… I shall not let you die.”

Gerald continued to plummet, his speed did not decrease. There was obviously no truth in the words of the invisible traitor. Gerald landed in a messy heap near the base of the mountain. His flesh was almost completely ripped from his skeleton; his bones were ground, the one that were not poked through his skin; yet he did not die. There was no pain; all his sensory systems were ripped asunder as well. In his spattered globular mass, Gerald saw a silhouette of someone walk upon him, his other eye he could not control; it still looked skyward.

A woman, a beautiful voluptuous woman; circled what was most of his widely strewn carcass. Even in his current state, Gerald tried to compare her to any other woman he’d ever encountered in his life time but he could not, her splendor was incomparable. Even with her dark brown complexion, the radiance from her glistening moist skin seemed unearthly. A glow or maybe even an aura of femininity exuded from her, she was simply divine; so much so that Gerald forgot all about his devastated body. 

“I will fix you,” she said, even her voice was delicious to behold.

Starting with his chameleon like free roaming eyeball that sat in no socket, Gerald watched the young lady circle his remains; gathering up all the small torn pieces of his body. She meticulously peeled his skin from rocks and tossed it in a pile near the rest of him. Satisfied that she had collected all of what was re-usable the woman went to work sorting things out; Gerald was still captivated with her appearance. Without too much of an effort Gerald noticed her strong facial features; high sculpted cheeks, small petite nose, full pursed lips, and aquatic blue eyes. Her lips were painted an alluring radish red and her brows were cut to accent the curvature of her face; her hair was long and silken, worn tied up.

She was flawless. Her mocha skin bore no blemishes or color irregularities from head to toe. Her breasts were youthful and full, showing no signs of heading south or aging; as well as the rest of her sculptured physique. The shadow cast on her body gave way to a well defined abdomen; just below her waist was a well rounded bottom that almost had a life of its own; speaking volumes every time the woman moved; not too much but just enough. Her legs were long and slender yet muscular as well; running or lifting would be no burden to her what so ever.

By the time Gerald had finished molesting her with his eyes, she was done. She reached down to gingerly help him to his feet. It was a miracle. In less than no time this woman had pieced the man’s badly broken body back together; flawlessly. Actually better than before, she had even corrected a few things about the man that only he knew of, she had remade him perfectly.
