About the Author
Linda (Fingerhut) Pike grew up in suburban New Jersey, the oldest of six children in “the largest Jewish family in town.” She attended college in Boston, where her studies were derailed by the distractions of the Sixties. Linda resumed her college career later in life, eventually receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1993 and a Master of Social Work in 1995. She is currently living in central Connecticut and working as a clinical social worker.
