About the Book

Organizational Development, Resource Development, and Social Entrepreneurship, a workbook for all aspiring nonprofit professionals and entrepreneurs and students, teaches the hidden rules and responsibilities about nonprofit and for-profit business development, grantwriting and resource development, and social entrepreneurship.

The book was developed to equip its users with the tools to implement their dreams, goals, and aspirations while helping others, without flying by the seats of their pants.

About the Author

Shonell Peoples-Salett is a resource development and planning consultant, grantwriter, and social entrepreneur.  She accumulated her knowledge from Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, and The Women's Foundation of California's Sisterhood Fund (under the leadership of Stephanie Yang).  She received a bulk of her expertise from Jim Burroughs, a long-time, successful nonprofit professional. Shonell is a student at Oxford Graduate School where she is pursuing an MLitt in Family Life Education and Organizational

Leadership, and a DPhil in the Oxford program of Philosophy. She is the founder and Director of The M.M.W.M.C. Institute, BPAPS, and Square Knot Consulting. She resides in Morrow, Georgia, with her husband Ulysses Salett and their 9 month old Shiatsu (dog) Seven Maxwell Peoples-Salett.
