About the Book

This book is about some of the wonderful dishes my sisters and myself  had at home when we were growing up. Simple and on the table fast. My mother and grandmother were wonderful cooks , and I've tried to show some easy and good dishes that you will be proud to serve . Just good old fashion cooking ,  Oh' So Good Home Cooking  !!

About the Author

I don't know how to begin this, other than my dream has come true. I've always wanted to write a cookbook , and show some easy dishes that  I had when I was little and growing up.

I learned cooking from my mother and grandmother , who were wonderful cooks. I just put alittle extra of this and that in it, and make it my own.

 I'm married to a wonderful man who has supported me in finishing this book. I have two daughters Staci and Shantal and seven grandchildren ,  so I'm cooking all the time.

 Just good old fashion cooking,  Oh' So Good Home Cooking  !!
