Life continues for Kathy Leary as she and Mark finally marry and they become a new family. The love that they found is now shared with their children, families and friends in the little town of Maple Valley, New Hampshire. Their Christian faith has brought them through many hardships, but has made them stronger to face the future as they start their new life together and await the birth of Kathy’s grandchild. They also face the reality of death when Mark’s father becomes ill.

Maple Valley will also face many challenges in the year to come, as scandal and politics shatter the peace of this little town. These challenges will affect many and the town may never be the same because of them.

In the second of this series, we become reacquainted with old friends and meet several new ones along the way, and watch as their lives are intertwined with Kathy and Mark and their family. Once again it is their strong faith and love of each other that will see them through tough times.
