About the Book

The book is my contribution on affirmation of the human spirit rather than on self-doubt, and on the certainty that all humanity is connected.

The goal is to touch as many minds as possible with a message of hope for better understanding in-between individuals.

The meaning of this book is to help others to find words to express themselves and to build their foundation (love) rather than to focus on material values.

To help people to find inner peace, giving the ability to make them reflect on the deepest questions of life.

To renew them with the pleasures of just being alive and, make them aware that feelings are much more than meet the eyes.

To obtain the friendship of a worthy person,

It is necessary to develop in ourselves,

The qualities that in that one we admire

About the Author

Manuel Luís Martins Monteiro Júnior was born in Cubal, Angola. At the age of six, he moved to Portugal with his parents, sisters and brothers, where he has shown interest in martial arts and completed the college education. Joined the Portuguese Police Force in 1989 and discharged from the same at his own request in 1995.

Since 1995 until 2003, he has lived in Denmark where he has been through the Social and Health course and obtained the certificate as IT-administrator and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Lyngby Enterprise Academy.

From 2003 until the present time, he lives in United Kingdom where he works as warehouse operative and became the site trainer.
