About the Book

 In my travels I have stumbled across many scenes which made me realize that I have taken life far too seriously. Since life only happens to us once, I decided to record some of the scenes the way I envision life should be and jot down what they mean to me. I have stayed away from making political statements or attempting to change the world. If you take life too seriosly, then you will enjoy "INSIGHTS IN LIGHT"

About the Author

Michael Locke studied photography at Manatee Community College in Bradenton, Florida, and attended St. Petersburg Junior College in Clearwater, Florida. He has since taught photography at various locations.

For the past seventeen years, he has served as photographer for Sebring International Raceway and has worked as a photographer for Beach Life Magazine and as a freelance photographer for the Clearwater Sun newspaper.

He currently lives in Palmetto, Florida, with his girlfriend, Pat, and their two “children,” Harley and Molly. (Yorkies who own the house. Michael and Pat just live there.) Most of his time is spent freelancing and writing. He has been fortunate enough throughout his life to have enjoyed many challenging adventures—and even a few misadventures. Though his experiences are varied, there is little he would change, even if he could.
