About the Author

Cynthia E. Nevels is president of CynthiaNevels.com and the host of C-CASTS. She is a certified financial educator, certified small business management counselor, and certified entrepreneurship professor. She is the founder of Jr.Finance Literacy Academy, Inc. one of the fastest growing nonprofit financial education enrichment service providers in the United States. She believes teaching children the importance of money management is important to the global economy in the long term. She is the mother of three children and dedicates her life to mentoring children and adults on the importance of financial literacy and asset building. Cynthia previously served as the top producing Business Management Counselor for SBA’s Dallas Small Business Development Center located in Dallas, Texas. Nevels previously served on the Dallas Independent School District’s Academy of Finance Board of Directors.
