About the Book

This book is drawn from, and about, the life experiences of one person. If you read this book, then I am sure you will find something you can relate to. Although it is about and from one person, that person could be one of, roughly, six billion. The humour in the verses is acceptable by all. All the depressive rhymes, will make sense, to those in similar circumstances. The humour could be described as childish [in some cases, though not all], although the depressive verses are full on adult.

About the Author

The author of these rhymes is a fifty three year old pre-operative Trans Sexual. She has rhymes floating around in her head 24/7. These form, from a personal view of life as a basic foundation of the book, If you’re depressed read it. If you like football humour read it. Again if you just like humour then you need to read this book. What credentials does she have? Well, a childish sense of humour, a really varied and strange life. She’s had cancer and a stroke at the same time. The latter she is still recovering from. In her previous life Vicki was all out and out rebel. Even at one point, leading a sit down strike while a serving member of the army. This act being, in their words, nothing short of treason. But for her, what the heck. On top of that being an “old” N.U.M. member down the mines. So you can see the varied situations she has to draw on. If you asked her the basis of this book, she would say, humour of every description merging with her occasional bouts of depression. Others however could describe it as; give an idiot a typewriter and this is what you can expect.
